Wayne - Mixed Barrel Holdings CEO
Grew up in the big city and spent most of his career as an executive in the food industry - this city slicker turned in the suit and ties, for hats and gumboots.
Having seen what it takes to get food from farm to table, he wants to turn the clock back to when farming was about community, and make our farm your farm.
Be careful with this guy though, he really thinks the animals talk to him!!
Leah - voted the best farmer of the family.
I was raised on a Fraser Valley farm with my grandparents next door, I’m now lucky enough to give my granddaughters that same kind of childhood. It’s all come full circle.
I’ve been married for 39 years and spent over 40 years as a dental assistant—still not quite sure how I survived that long in spotless rooms when I was clearly meant for barns. I’ve always loved giving patients a great smile, and I like to say they get the full Mixed Barrel Farm experience—warm, genuine, and always treated like family—whether they’re in my dental chair or out at the farm.
Still a farm kid at heart, always up for a laugh, and far more comfortable in boots than anything with a heel.
